Had a decent stay at Wienerhof. The room I got was a bit old-school and dark, but the food was solid, especially the tasty roast joint I had for dinner. Location's a win across from the train station.

The staff are really nice, helpful people.
My room was adjacent to the very noisy lift, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The mattress felt very worn and uncomfortable, and the quilt was too short for me. I also had issues with the heating. when I arrived, the room was much too cold and stuffy.

The room had a private entrance, TV, and hairdryer. Plus, it was carpeted and had heating. I liked the bathroom with a shower and plenty of towels. A nice wardrobe, and a socket near the bed were handy. The lift made getting to upper floors easy. The spa facilities were a great bonus.

the staff are super nice and friendly. its in a good spot right near the train station, which is handy. kept it all clean and warm inside. the food was alright, nothing crazy but decent enough. having a lift to the rooms was a total bonus.
the room was pretty small and outdated. there was hardly any warm water for the shower, which sucked.
